for a most important volunteer organization~
Wanna book a fabulous, 2-story Penthouse Suite and have all proceeds go to the MedEvent Fund, benefiting the volunteer, not-for-profit organization that serves our community around the world, keeping them in place to serve our community?
Here's what you have to do:
- Plan now to attend Wonder World 2011, during the Gay Day weekend June 3 - 6, 2011, presented by Mark Baker Events and sponsored by JustCircuit.
- Make your preliminary reservations first at the Buena Vista Palace Resort and Spa by visiting www.MarkBakerEvents.com (to make sure your reservation is secure should you not be the highest bidder. This property will sell out soon.) On 11:59PM MAY 1, should you be the lucky bidder, you will be contacted and your room will be upgraded to the suite and any reservation deposit you made will be refunded. (No reservation is necessary to place your bid; however, we again recommend you book your reservation with the hotel first.)
- Review the details of the premium suite listed below and then enter your required information and bid on the form shown below. (3-nights, June 3 - 5, 2011)
- Enter the visible security code and click SUBMIT to finalize your bid.
It's as easy as that! MedEvent staff will notify you on May 2, 2011 if you have the highest, winning bid. MedEvent will secure your bid payment on May 2 as well.
